Questions about being an indpendent contractor

  • Yes! One of the biggest benefits of working as an independent contractor is flexibility. You choose the assignments that fit your schedule, availability, and preferred work settings.

  • We pay a per-visit rate and offer competitive compensation for all services rendered. Details about rates and payment frequency will be reviewed during onboarding. We’re committed to making sure our clinicians are paid reliably and on time.

  • We’re clinician-owned, so we get it. We offer back-office support, EMR guidance, operational resources, and responsive communication to help you focus on what you do best—providing exceptional care. We also provide access to home health training resources, equipment recommendations, accounting guidance, and insurance referrals to ensure you’re fully supported as an independent contractor.

  • Yes. As a 1099 contractor, you are responsible for maintaining your own professional liability (malpractice) insurance. We can guide you on reputable providers if needed.
